Collect feeds of government data, in original bell code format,
and convert them into highly structured XML data sets for use
by sophisticated electronic print and online search systems.
Obtain feeds from the GPO. Use knowledge, from years of working
with government and legal data, to provide expert XML mark-up
of the data to maximize search and display capabilities. Work
out design specs and DTD’s together, while making many
recommendations, and build in ongoing processing to convert
and deliver the data.
The online databases provide end users with an excellent online
search system. New sales, more usage and higher revenue are
being generated. Internal systems are able to manipulate the
data for use by multiple departments and for different purposes.
