In 1995, DSCS began providing a daily, electronic feed of the
U.S. Government's Federal Register in a variety of proprietary
formats. Starting with this initial data conversion project,
the company grew to provide a full spectrum of conversion
services including manual data entry, scanning and programmatic
solutions.
DSCS is a premier provider of data and information management
solutions to major clients in legal, financial services, banking,
academic, news, information services, publishing and government
markets. The company continuously works to keep ahead of the rapidly
advancing information technology world. Due to these efforts,
DSCS provides an advanced XML-based conversion methodology.
Today, DSCS is located in Technology Park near the University
of Maryland, College Park campus. Operational continuity and
systems/data security are provided by a comprehensive operation,
back-up and emergency management plan. This plan covers all
aspects of our staff, facilities, hardware, software and data.
